Day 80 - Longer

Twelve down, right miles to go
Hydration break for 10 minutes or so
- then, restart the bell
- and share the well*
A few small pains getting back in the flow

* Caedmon's Call "Share the Well" came on in my playlist when I needed it. Great song about sharing globally or locally whatever we can with our brothers and sisters, reminding me why we run, which is literally for wells of clean water...
